He has an extensive track record in negotiation and mediation, helping organizations achieve measurable improvements across critical business metrics including revenue growth, margin enhancement, cost reduction, delivery performance, innovation, quality, safety and scheduling.

Craig specializes in transforming intricate commercial, technical, and organizational challenges into strategic opportunities, working seamlessly at both the C-suite and operational levels. His integrative approach creates alignment and momentum and drives lasting value.

Previously, Craig held executive roles including General Manager of Information and Digital Technology and General Manager of Supplier Management at Shell. He also served as a Global Account Manager in the technology sector, equipping him with a broad, practical perspective across industries. Most recently, he was a Principal at Vantage Partners, where he led more than 40 high-impact client engagements. 

In addition to his advisory work, Craig is passionate about developing both people and organizational capability. He is an experienced facilitator and frequent contributor to business education programs, and is dedicated to helping others grow and succeed professionally.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bradley University.
